**Account Manager, Retail Client Service**

**What will you be doing?**

As an Account Manager on the Retail Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and generating reports & insights to support our services and value. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of retail operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review current business issues & deliver reporting solutions to solve the need.
- Accurately interpret data and clearly articulate findings and insights to both internal and external audiences, in written and verbal formats in an easily digestible format.
- Participate in training workshops to train users on usage of our reporting tools
- Utilize data analytics tools to develop new reports & monitor client KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales and enhance the client's retail performance.
- Utilize creativity in identifying new reporting opportunities & keeping up to date on technology innovations
- Expand knowledge of the CPG industry by leveraging industry-related publications from internal and external resources

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree, with disciplines in Business, Analytics or a related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- A comfort level in presenting to large groups in person & virtually
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs
- 1-3 Years of work experience, preferably in the CPG industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience in using Excel to manipulate data (pivot tables)
- [Preferred] Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- [Preferred] Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics tools & creating dashboards
- [Preferred] Understanding of relational databases

This position is hybrid, with an office located in **Langley, BC**

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $55,000 CAD - $61,000 CAD.
