**Hourly**: $17.70/hr

Part & Full-Time hours available

**Start**: Mid December
- March 16th, 2025

Daytime and evening shifts Sunday - Saturday. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

The Mountain Adventures Guide, with a focus on guest and employee safety, operates a variety of Winter-season Mountain Adventures, including but not limited to, the **Tube Park, Skate Trail, and Netted Adventure. **The incumbent provides a high quality and memorable experience for the guest through polite, professional, and engaging conversation.
- Maintain a neat and professional Adventure area.
- Maintain a safe Adventure area. Removes snow and ice from Adventure area; tests/inspects surface areas and nets per standard procedures
- Keeps accurate inspection logs, reports issues to leadership team, monitor/align the behaviours of guests in accordance to safety rules and regulations.
- Works with the guest to provide an exceptional experience
- Controls the flow of guests to reduce wait times and increase safety, provides insights and information on activities across the full Resort
- Sell and/or scan guest tickets;
- Communicates openly and actively with peers, leaders and sales (Guest Services or cashiers)

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- The ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Past customer service experiences an asset.
- Knowledge of skating an asset.
- Physically capable of shoveling snow.
- Working at heights (Netted Adventure)
- Have access to reliable transportation to get to the resort
- Ability to use point of sale systems.
