The Administrative Support Clerk role supports Individual Life and Client Services. This role manages and distributes all incoming electronic documents, sorts and delivers incoming and outgoing cheques, and is responsible for the maintenance of the Individual Life and Filebanks.

**How you will create impact**:

- Run Daily Cheque Register report, and retrieve, sort and distribute outgoing cheques.
- Prepare and distribute cheques for Individual Life
- Complete and update bad address statuses for all returned mail and conduct investigation for unknown items.
- Conduct File Pulls throughout the day; pull CLIC and CUMIS policy files, deliver to appropriate Individual Life departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients through courteous and professional service.
- Maintain daily contact and communications to meet internal departments needs, and investigate requests as required
