Payroll Clerk

Brandt is currently seeking a Payroll Clerk for our Regina location. This position will focus on payroll administration across Canada and the United States.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensuring Brandt policies are being followed
- Managing benefit and pension administration for Brandt employees
- Compiling and providing reports to Payroll Manager and team
- Calculating premiums for insurance costs
- Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Management of employee data in HRIS

**Required Skills**:
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced experience with Excel, including creating Pivot tables and VLookup
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Canadian and American labour standards
- Bilingual in English & French is considered an asset
- Knowledge with payroll and timekeeping systems is preferred, but not mandatory
Required Experience
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced Administrative role
- Experience processing American payroll is considered an asset
