We’re looking for our next Senior Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist. Could It Be You?
The digital measurement team is responsible for creating and embedding data driven marketing culture within the enterprise, enhancing our digital presence to drive marketing insights, customer engagements and conversion. He/she will also
- Lead the data capture strategy for all digital analytics implementations across acquisition channels and Questrade digital properties (web and mobile app)
- Ensure a smooth transition from Google Universal Analytics (GUA) to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) by early 2024
- Provides support and oversight to the digital marketing execution teams to ensure all digital marketing efforts are executed in a manner that allows for insightful reporting and leads to improvement of future efforts
- Ensure digital marketing programs and digital properties across different line of businesses are measured and continually improved

Analytics Strategy
- Lead and architect vision for web analytics tracking and implementation across Questrade enterprise
- Maintain and evolve tracking strategy and enterprise data layer architecture to cater for expanding LOBs and cross device/platform evolution
- Develop digital analytics tagging standard
- Develop data capture strategy to meet measurement requirements
- Develop and coordinate GA4 migration plan with Questrade scrum teams to ensure smooth transition by early 2024
- Improve analytics processes
- Forster data driven decision making culture in Questrade
- Knowledge sharing & training on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and best practices of tagging framework

**Tracking Implementation**:

- Work with product, UX and CX team to develop measurement plan and KPIs
- Ensure measurement KPIs are aligned across different LOBs and platforms
- Translate business measurement requirements into technical tracking requirements
- Work with media team on media pixels and conversion tracking for digital media optimization
- Work with Questrade scrum teams to engineer and manage enterprise data layer across different LOBS and platforms (web, mobile and desktop)
- Test and validation tracking implementation throughout the development lifecycle
- Develop and implement coding practices for site tagging and to follow industry standards
- Migrate and consolidate GTM tag framework for Google Analytics 4 migration

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Reporting/Campaign support, analysis and recommendations to broader marketing/product team
- Provide advisory to digital media/external teams on metrics/KPIs definition
- Conduct ad hoc analytics request

So are YOU our next Senior Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist? You are if you have
- Proven experience in in rolling out enterprise data layers and implementing Google Tag Manager solution
- Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) migration planning and execution preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics 360 - preferred)
- Working knowledge of front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Regular Expressions)
- Ability to identify, document and communicate recommendations
- Strong understanding of project implementation methodologies and project management
- Take ownership of tasks and drive projects through to completion.
- Reliable self-starter with attention to detail and passion for quality
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to work under pressure while managing workloads effectively
- Willingness to multitask and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities

Nice to have
- Previous experience in financial services
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience working with mobile measurement partner (Appsflyer), heat mapping tool (ContentSquare) and tag audit tools (ObservePoint)
