**Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play an integral role in our marketing team's operations. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, and contributing to the improvement of our overall online presence and brand recognition.

You will be expected to gain an in-depth understanding of our products, markets, and competitors, and use this knowledge to assist with the development of strategies aimed at communicating our product benefits to the market effectively. This will involve brainstorming innovative and creative marketing ideas, planning and managing our social media platforms, launching and optimizing online adverts, and participating in SEO initiatives.

In addition, you will be tasked with measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). This will involve using a range of Web analytics tools and presenting reports on marketing campaign performance to company stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan, post and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.).
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness as well as lead generation.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.).
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
- Create image and video content for both organic and paid social media marketing.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., HootSuite, Google/Facebook).
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
