**Richmond BC **currently has opportunities for a:
**IT Commerce Team Lead**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Plan, organize and lead the commerce team to help the organization achieve goals.
- Lead multiple IT initiatives from initiation through to deployment and beyond.
- Participate in all team activities including but not limited to system support, research and design, functional testing, deployment, and store setup/renovations.
- Assist the Manager, Application Development & Analysis with team scheduling and payroll administration, staff performance appraisals, and recruiting.
- Regular reviews of support tickets to ensure service levels are maintained, tickets are assigned & issues are properly documented and escalated as required.
- Regular review and revision of Commerce related policy and procedure
- Communicate and work with various groups within London Drugs as well as partners and vendors.
- Coach, train and develop staff to meet operating and succession planning goals. Give direction of assigned duties.

**Additional qualifications include**:

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Sound judgment and ability to effectively problem solve as required.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively and work under changing priorities.
- Strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on managing all individuals within a team.
- Coach, train and develop staff to meet operating and succession planning goals. Give direction of assigned duties.

**Education and Knowledge**:

- College/University/Tech School degree in Information Technology is preferred
- Training in project management would be an asset
- Minimum five years’ experience in Information Technology
- Previous leadership and/or project management experience would be an asset
- Experience and understanding the challenges of a 24/7/365 retail environment
- Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Commerce, Power Platform, Azure, SQL Server, DevOps, Sharepoint & Office
- Point of Sale Systems including Self-Checkout

The typical schedule is daytime Monday to Friday. Must be available to occasionally work evenings or weekends.
