About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP CX Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the SAP CX Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our development team and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. You'll lead development of customized components, so we're looking for candidates who can get their hands dirty and jump in and write code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Hybris developers (offshore).
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Hybris PIM solutions.
  • Ensure the team follows best practices and coding standards in Hybris development.
  • Oversee code reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in Hybris development.
  • At minimum of 4 years of experience developing SAP Commerce Platform (Hybris B2B & B2C).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews.
  • Strong hands-on experience in customizing Hybris based e-Commerce Applications, Hybris PCM and e-commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products).
  • Hands on experience in Spring framework, Groovy.
  • Hands on experience in REST/SOAP web services-based systems.
  • Hands on experience in publishing and consuming web services.
  • Experience with various code management, code quality and continuous integration tools: like JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube etc.
  • Experience with Web containers like Apache Tomcat.
  • SAP hybris developer certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Hybris projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
