You will be working alongside experienced mentors to help develop our sales pipeline as a lead generation specialist. You’ll be reaching out to mid-sized businesses in the financial industry, having consultative conversations with D & C-level executives, and working with our company leadership to take the next step in your sales journey. This is a sales role where you deliver results, get coached as needed, but are otherwise left alone to do your work as you see fit. You'll have the latest and greatest sales tools to empower you to do your job (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Orum, etc.)

- What do we expect from you? _

**Role and Responsibilities**

**1. Prospecting** Success Factors:

- Generate 3 new qualified meetings monthly within 3 months
- Establish repeatable outbound processes that deliver results
- Execute engagement campaigns with sales & marketing
- Orchestrate conversations of leads with internal experts (discovery to demo)

**2. Nurturing** Success Factors:

- Build relationships with leads, providing education that leads to discovery calls and demos
- Take ownership of follow-up marketing qualified leads (from webinars, conferences, etc.)
- Support booking of additional discovery calls with our Account Executive
