Traducteur ou traductrice - Services de compensation Fidelity Canada- Ce poste est offert à Toronto ou à Montréal.- Ce poste est un poste hybride.

Aperçu de l’unité fonctionnelle

Le Service de traduction est une petite unité faisant partie du Service des produits et du marketing de Fidelity. Son rôle est de fournir des services linguistiques à l’ensemble de l’organisation Fidelity, notamment des services de traduction, d’adaptation, d’édition et de révision. Cette équipe se charge de la traduction de tous les documents destinés au large bassin de clients francophones et québécois de Fidelity, y compris le matériel promotionnel, les documents financiers et les publicités.

En tant que traducteur ou traductrice, vous serez le principal point de contact pour toutes les demandes de traduction en français de Services de compensation Fidelity Canada (SCFC). Vous relèverez de la directrice, Services de traduction, et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables du marketing et des communications, ainsi qu’avec différentes unités de SCFC pour répondre à leurs besoins en matière de traduction vers le français. Vous serez notamment responsable des demandes et des projets de traduction de SCFC du début à la fin, y compris la traduction de plateformes et de documents destinés au public, la révision de contenu traduit par des fournisseurs externes, la planification et la priorisation des tâches et l’organisation du travail. Vous veillerez à ce que tous les documents livrés en français répondent à des normes d’excellence élevées et reflètent fidèlement le contenu approuvé en anglais.

Principales responsabilités
- Jouer un rôle de premier plan afin de fournir des traductions françaises précises et exactes répondant aux besoins de SCFC, y compris des communications destinées aux clients, des publications sur les médias sociaux, des campagnes publicitaires et numériques, des plateformes informatisées, des documents de formation, des mises à jour concernant des systèmes informatiques et des logiciels, et des campagnes de vente mensuelles.
- Coordonner toutes les demandes de traduction en fonction des priorités, gérer les échéances, négocier les échéanciers avec les partenaires internes et les fournisseurs externes, et porter tout problème non résolu à l’attention de la directrice, Services de traduction.
- Fournir des services de traduction conformes aux règlements du secteur et aux normes élevées de Fidelity et produire des textes de qualité dans les délais prescrits.
- Réviser des documents traduits par des fournisseurs externes et par des collègues pour s’assurer que la qualité du français répond aux exigences de SCFC. Surveiller la qualité de la langue et prendre des décisions concernant la terminologie, le style et le contenu en consultation avec la directrice, Services de traduction, ou avec une traductrice principale ou un traducteur principal.
- Négocier les échéanciers avec les partenaires internes en collaboration avec la directrice, Services de traduction. Signaler tout problème non résolu à la directrice, au besoin.
- Effectuer des recherches terminologiques approfondies lorsque nécessaire en utilisant les diverses sources gouvernementales et spécialisées disponibles. Alimenter et entretenir la base terminologique et le glossaire interne. Demeurer au courant des tendances et des nouveaux termes employés dans les publications francophones pour assurer la qualité et la pertinence du langage utilisé dans les documents de SCFC.
