If this is you, look no further as we are recruiting for a Commercial Lines Account Manager in our Morinville location.
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you are responsible for managing a book of business and meeting sales goals through account development and new business. You will build strong lasting relationships with our clients by helping to protect what matters most to them.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist commercial clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationship with insurance providers
Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans
Providing advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverage's
Meeting sales and service goals

You have strong business acumen to have peer to peer conversations with business owners
You understand the importance of networking and relationships within your community
You are comfortable seeking out new business opportunities within your network and existing clients
You are someone who continually meets and exceeds goals
You have the ability to navigate current technologies; experience with Epic is an asset
You have obtained, or are pursuing a Level 2 General Insurance license
You have completed, or are pursuing, a CAIB or CIP designation
