As we continue to grow, PSD is looking to add a brand-new Project Management Analyst to join our EAMS Software Implementation team. **This is a full time remote based position within Canada.**
The Project Management Analyst will work closely with our project management team to provide administrative and coordination support throughout the project lifecycle. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with project management and organizational skills to grow professionally in a fast-paced, highly creative work environment under the leadership of PSD’s Manager, PMO.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist the project management team in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Be responsible for controlling of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects in collaboration with Senior Project Manager.
- Work alongside the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, including IT, engineers, finance, sales, and clients.
- Be the gatekeeper for requests from internal stakeholders and coordinate all projects and assignments through project management software.
- Effectively generate reports to track, evaluate, and communicate project status to internal teams.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Review Requests for Information (RFI’s), reporting requests, items from finance on billing and other project-related inquiries.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities across the organization.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Post-secondary education or certification in Project Management, Business Management, or a similar field.
- PMP or CAPM designation is considered an asset.
- Multi-Dimension Analytical Query Language (MAQL) experience is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools/software’s such as Mavenlink/Kantata, Jira/Confluence within a SaaS based company.
- Highly organized individual with an ability to juggle multiple deliverables, projects, and timelines.
- Adaptive individual and strong work ethic with the ability to multitask across different tasks.
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
