Project Administrative Professional

For over 60 years, TerraCorp Management, a family-owned and operated business based out of London, Ontario, has been developing and managing multi-residential apartment buildings across Southwestern Ontario.
As we continue to find success in building and managing quality apartment homes, creating lasting relationships with our residents and community partners, we continue to build our talented and committed team. We are currently looking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant to work within our London, Ontario head office.
Free on-site parking
Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Capital Projects/Maintenance Coordinator, and other department staff
Expense tracking for Capex projects and invoice reconciliation
Pest control scheduling and data input/reconciliation
Collection and input of data and submission of reports
Post Secondary education in business administration, marketing, or other related studies
Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook a must
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
8 hours shift
~ Monday to Friday
