As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are looking to add an In-House Producer to our team.

**The opportunity**:
The In-House Producer is a versatile television producer who has experience across all aspects of production. You should be a passionate storyteller, very strong writer and experienced producer with a knack for innovative concept ideation and pitching. This role reports directly to the COO and the mandate is to develop new content ideas and talent, and support growth of the business.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Identify content opportunities based on current cultural trends, ratings and scheduling across broadcasters and streamers
- Research and write pitch decks for new concepts
- Discover key talent and develop concepts around them
- Research the international TV format market for licensing opportunities
- Develop, foster, and maintain close relationships with key members of the creative community including broadcasters, producers, writers, directors, and studio executives
- Be prepared to backfill across multiple shows in various production roles, as required

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have deep knowledge of the needs of broadcasters and streamers, as well as authentic relationships in the industry (minimum 8+ years of experience in producing roles)
- You have a strong track record in world class project development, including project commissions
- You are on top of emerging trends and needs of broadcasters, streamers and evolving unscripted platforms
- You have great instincts and the confidence to take strategic, creative risks.
- You are passionate about unscripted programming and are deeply familiar with what’s resonating in the market
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-departmental teams, including a high level of cultural sensitivity
- You have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle shifting priorities and multiple assignments
