The Customer Account Manager (CAM) is a position for established salespeople who have experience managing a territory of existing accounts, creating senior-level relationships and driving additional business. The CAM will work within a territory of existing customers, focusing on expanding the Prophix footprint through a cross-sell and upgrade motion and positioning value-added products & services.

**What You Will Do**
- Manage and close complex sales cycles with key accounts, collaborating with Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Legal, and Customer Support.
- Build Account Plans for your territory and prospect within the customer base to generate pipeline for cross-sell and upgrade opportunities.
- Foster strong client relationships and handle customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of Prophix products to offer expert consultation to customers.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce by organizing and documenting account and opportunity updates.

**Required Qualifications**

- High emotional intelligence to manage various personalities and situations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior management (e.g., CFO, CIO).
- Proven multi-tasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of financial concepts like planning, budgeting, forecasting, or consolidation.
- 3-5 years of direct selling experience in CPM Software or related industries.
- Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
