- Listing Coordination duties - broker loading listings and processing real estate transactions
- Assisting Agents with day-to-day
- Developing marketing campaigns both for the office and for individual agents

**Employment Requirements/Assets**:

- Knowledge of Paragon (MLS listing service) processing of required documents would be an asset
- Completion of secondary school
- Fluent in graphic design process and vocabulary would be a bonus
- Familiar with graphic design programs also a bonus
- Some database management skills considered an asset
- Graduate of Marketing Management from BCIT would be an asset
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative
- Data entry experience is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
- Excellent language skills (English; bilingual considered an asset)
- Punctual, positive and reliable
- Excellent telephone etiquette and courteous with clients
