**Job Overview**:
We are a well-established educational organization committed to delivering high-quality services to students, parents, and educators. We are seeking a proactive and bilingual individual who speaks both English and Mandarin to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will help streamline communication between families and teachers, and assist with the coordination of student schedules.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage student class schedules, including handling rescheduling requests and last-minute changes.
- Act as the key liaison between parents and teachers, ensuring effective and clear communication on all fronts.
- Deliver top-tier customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts and communication challenges with ease.
- Assist parents and students with enrollment processes, providing detailed information on courses and programs.
- Analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their expectations.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring attention to detail and precision.
- Exhibit a positive and adaptable attitude, working well in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal fluency required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach, focusing on creating a seamless and positive experience.
- Previous experience in a customer support role or within an educational setting is highly desirable.
