Job Summary:
The **Bilingual Customer Service Representative** will play a key role in managing client interactions, scheduling classes, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for our students. This role requires fluency in both Chinese and English to handle inquiries, provide information on class offerings, and assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Support**: Greet and assist clients with inquiries about our modeling and street dancing programs.
- **Scheduling**: Organize and manage student class schedules, ensuring smooth coordination between instructors and students.
- **Record Management**: Maintain and update student records, attendance, and class enrollment data.
- **General Administration**: Support day-to-day operations and provide assistance to the academy’s staff as needed.

Qualifications:

- **Language Skills**: Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- **Customer Service Experience**: 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in an educational or arts-related setting.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask, manage schedules, and handle various administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- **Interest in the Arts**: Enthusiasm for the arts, particularly in modeling and dance, is a plus.
