**Our vision**: The company’s focus is to provide high level, complete health care to members of the lower mainland. Our health care providers have found the current health care system to be fragmented and confusing for patients to navigate. Patients are forced to decide whether their best course of treatment is prescription medicine, imaging tests, natural supplements, exercise, spinal manipulation, laser devices or a plethora of other options. The truth is one solution does not exist. This landscape has led to Manhas Health Co. having created BC’s first truly integrated health care facility under one roof.
Are you passionate about wellness? We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and building relationships.
**Essential Functions**:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales for the organization
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Support HR in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
**Minimum Education & Experience Requirements**:
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills an asset
- Must have access to a vehicle and a driver's license
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
**Salary**: $25.00-$39.73 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
