Eco Paving is a leader in the construction industry, offering excellent customer service while delivering consistent high-quality work with every project. Were inspired to exceed expectations and are highly respected in our community.

We specialize in resurfacing residential and commercial paving projects including driveways, patios, pool decks, playgrounds, and splash pads. Our product is made of recycled rubber and we install projects throughout British Columbia. Our product restores elegance to properties, and our service is what sets us apart from our competitors.

We plan to be franchising our business across Canada and there is HUGE opportunity for career advancement as we grow.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
You will be:

- Leading, inspiring and coaching a thriving sales team.
- Accurately providing estimates for our clients and closing leads.
- Organizing and participating in weekend trade shows.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Planning and executing strategic plans.
- Measuring, monitoring, and managing the teams Key Performance Indicators
- Helping us maintain our high level of client satisfaction.
- Developing yourself both personally and professionally.
- Contributing to a vibrant and positive company culture

**Requirements**:

- 3+years of sales or marketing management experience in a small business or high growth sector. (Experience in the construction, landscaping or home improvement industries _preferred.)_
- Knowledgeable and up to date on best practices for marketing and sales.
- Experienced setting and achieving effective sales targets.
- Experience quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing, designing, adapting and executing solutions to marketing and sales challenges.
- A proven track record of building high-performing sales teams.
- Expert mentorship and leadership skills. People come to you because they know you can help solve their issues.
- Expert persuasion skills. Youre able to see issues from multiple perspectives and to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
- Ability to manage around tight deadlines while keeping the details in check.
- Accountable. You follow through and take responsibility when errors are made.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- A clean driving record.
- Adaptable to various weather when working outside.
- The ability to work long hours (50+ hour week including some weekends) and to travel when necessary.
- An adaptable personality and the propensity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
