Le directeur adjoint Analyse d’affaires relève du directeur du Centre d’excellence en analyse d’affaires. La raison d’être de ce poste est de développer, déployer et encadrer la pratique d’analyse d’affaires au sein de Beneva. Le directeur adjoint est responsable de développer les compétences de son équipe, d’en augmenter la productivité et de contribuer directement à l’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle de Beneva par son implication dans des dossiers stratégiques.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes:
COMME GESTIONNAIRE D’UNE ÉQUIPE D’ANALYSTE, il est responsable de:

- Assurer la gestion des ressources de la direction en collaboration avec le directeur et les autres directeurs adjoints.
- Assurer la mobilisation des employés sous sa responsabilité vers les objectifs et les cibles de la vice-présidence Gouvernance et centres d’excellence TI.
- Assurer le développement continu des talents et du leadership d’influence et d’expertise des membres de son équipe.
- Assurer une gestion proactive de la relève au sein de la direction et soulever à son gestionnaire les employés à haut potentiel.
- Gérer et maximiser la performance des membres de son équipe.
- Établir avec son gestionnaire les objectifs annuels reliés à la direction.
- Fixer les attentes et les objectifs individuels et les communiquer à l’employé.
- Suivre le déroulement de leur travail et fournir le support nécessaire lorsque requis et effectuer de façon continue de la rétroaction.
- Lors de rendement insatisfaisant, en collaboration avec son gestionnaire, établir des moyens et des solutions pour améliorer la situation.

COMME coach de la pratique d’analyse, il est responsable de:

- Collaborer à l’élaboration des stratégies et outils pour augmenter le niveau de maturité de l’équipe d’analystes.
- Contribuer à faire évoluer la méthodologie et les outils en analyse, basée sur les expériences vécues et les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.
- Accompagner les membres de son équipe afin qu’ils maîtrisent les méthodologies et utilisent les outils préconisés par le Centre d’excellence et les meilleures pratiques de Beneva.
- Accompagner le développement d’expert dans les différentes sphères de l’analyse.
- Échanger avec des entreprises similaires ou partenaires et rester à l’affut des nouveautés dans son domaine d’expertise en participant à des séminaires, colloques, etc.

Vos talents et qualifications
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires profil - SIO ou GTA ou en informatique ou une discipline appropriée
- Posséder un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en analyse d’affaires ou fonctionnelle, dans le contexte de projets d’affaires (synergies, optimisation de performance, croissance), en gestion de projet ou en gestion d’équipe
- Certification BABOK (atout)
- Connaissance du domaine de l’assurance et/ou détention une certification Loma (Associé ou Fellow) (atout).
- Connaissance des méthodes agiles (atout)
