The Account Administrator will work closely with our account teams to provide essential administrative support, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. This role involves coordinating with various team members to manage client accounts effectively and contribute to the overall success of our service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely administrative support to designated account teams.
- Collaborate with account teams prior to renewals to strategize and establish timelines for required support.
- Prepare and provide certificates of insurance to the account team.
- Create invoicing guides for approval by the Account Lead.
- Process transactions and billings within the brokerage service system.
- Review insurance policies for accuracy as required.
- Upload client collateral to ShareFile.

**Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of EPIC accounting and transactions considered an asset.
- Previous insurance experience considered an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
