The Pension Analyst, Quality Assurance is integral to the success of the Service Delivery team, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy. In this role, you will conduct assessments to ensure our tools and processes meet the highest standards for our team, members, and employers. You will perform ongoing quality assessments, defect analysis, UAT testing, and support system and product rollouts to ensure administrative readiness.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A College Diploma or University Degree, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Municipal Employees' Pension Plan (MEPP), public sector pension administration, or an outsourcing service provider.
- An understanding of MEPP or public sector pension administration processes, systems, pension plan texts, and applicable legislation.
- Experience testing and documenting changes and new functionality within a pension administration system.
- Experience implementing new pension systems, testing methodologies, defect analysis, quality reviews, and data integrity.
- Experience auditing employers, conducting quality reviews, and ensuring data integrity.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Actively pursuing or having a Pension Plan Administration Certificate (PPAC), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program (CEBS), or Certified Benefits Professional designation(s). Other designations such as Project Management (PMP), Six Sigma, and Agile Certifications are assets.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional judgment and teamwork abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and time-management skills.

**Once here you will**:

- Conduct quality assessments of high-risk cases and administrative processes, provide constructive feedback, recommend improvements, and develop controls.
- Support users within the Service Delivery team with day-to-day processing, documentation, and training.
- Facilitate change management practices within the Service Delivery team, including process improvements, system changes, training sessions, and documentation of processes.
- Perform UAT testing by reviewing requirements, developing test plans, and executing test cases to ensure business readiness across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze identified defects and test fixes prior to release.
