Make-A-Wish | Rêves d’enfants Canada réalise des rêves qui transforment la vie d'enfants atteints d’une maladie grave. La mission de l’organisme est d’exaucer le vœu de chaque enfant admissible, puisque le vœu fait partie intégrante du traitement de l’enfant. La recherche démontre en effet que les enfants qui réalisent leur rêve sont beaucoup plus susceptibles d’avoir la force physique et émotive nécessaire pour combattre une maladie grave.

- **COMMENT VOUS POUVEZ AIDER**

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un/d’une **Agent-e du développement **pour se joindre à l’équipe à Make-A-Wish | Rêves d’enfants Canada. Les responsabilités liées à ce poste consistent à obtenir des dons d’entreprise, des commandites et des dons majeurs dans la région du Québec en développant un réseau de donateurs, en établissant des liens avec eux et en assurant leur supervision. Relevant du directeur/de la directrice de division, vous serez responsable de gérer les revenus provenant d’entreprises et de fondations donatrices.

Vous serez également responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre des programmes de dons d’entreprises et de fondations dans la région au nom de Make-A-Wish® | Rêves d’enfantsMD Canada (MAWC).

Le rôle est situé à **Montréal, Québec** et est **régulier à temps plein, hybride (2 jours au bureau, 3 jours télétravail).**
- **CE QUE VOUS FEREZ**
- En partenariat avec votre gestionnaire, vous élaborerez des stratégies visant à accroître les revenus dans la région par le biais d'événements de collecte de fonds, et contribuer aux objectifs généraux de développement de l’organisme.
- Gérer les activités des événementset tiers et travailler directement avec le personnel des missions et les partenaires pour soutenir les activités communautaires et y participer, le cas échéant.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le comité consultatif de la division ou tout groupe chargé d' identifier, cultiver et solliciter des donateurs pour des promesses de dons et des engagements annuels et pluriannuels, en assurant de nouveaux revenus nets et en gérant les relations existantes.
- Coordonner ses activités avec celles de diverses équipes afin de répondre à l'évolution des besoins, notamment en ce qui concerne la gestion des actifs de l'événement, les besoins en matière de marketing et de communication, les parrainages, etc.
- Travailler avec les équipes nécessaires pour garantir une plateforme et des outils de collecte de fonds peer-to-peer à jour sur Donor Drive à l'usage des participants et des sponsors.
