Description:

St. George’s School of Montreal is seeking a dynamic Development Officer to support strategic fundraising and community engagement. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Officer will build donor relationships, manage volunteers, oversee CRM systems, and contribute towards all initiatives that strengthen donor relations and advance the School’s mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors and community members.
  • Develop corporate sponsorships and support Annual Giving Campaigns and Capital Projects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to execute campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Plan fundraising and engagement events.
  • Deploy donor communications, including funding proposals, impact reports, and more.
  • Manage donor records in CRM software, and run fundraising reports.
  • Support planning and execution of advancement related projects.
  • Full other duties as required.

Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in Public Relations Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or development.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software (Raiser's Edge).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Description :

L’École St-Georges de Montréal est à la recherche d’ un(e) agent(e) de développement dynamique pour soutenir la collecte de fonds stratégique et l’engagement communautaire. Relevant de la directrice de développement, l’agent(e) établira des relations avec les donateurs et donatrices, gérera les bénévoles, supervisera les systèmes de gestion client et soutiendra les initiatives visant à renforcer ces relations et promouvoir la mission de l’École.

Responsabilités :

  • Cultiver et gérer les relations avec les donateurs individuels et donatrices individuelles et les membres de la communauté ;
  • Développer le parrainage d’entreprises et soutenir les campagnes annuelles de dons et les projets d’investissement ;
  • Collaborer avecle département du markéting et des communications pour mettre en œuvre des campagnes et des stratégies de sensibilisation ;
  • Planifier des événements de collecte de fonds et d’engagement ;
  • Mettre en placedes communiqués avec les donateurs et donatrices, y compris des propositions de financement, des rapports d’impact ;
  • Gérer les dossiers des donateurs et donatrices dans le logiciel de gestion de la relation client et produire des rapports sur la collecte de fonds ;
  • Soutenir la planification et l’exécution des projets ;
  • Effectuer toutes les autres tâches requises.

Compétences, expérience et formation requises :

  • Diplôme de premier cycle en relations publiques, en gestion, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe ;
  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la collecte de fonds, du markéting ou du développement ;
  • Maîtrise de Google Workspace et du logiciel CRM (Raiser’s Edge) ;
  • Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication ;
  • Souci du détailet sens aigu de l’organisation ;
  • Le bilinguisme (anglais-français) est un atout.

  • Capacité à gérer des priorités multiples avec une approche entrepreneuriale ;
  • Approche analytique axée sur les stratégies fondées sur les données ;
  • Compétences créatives et proactives en matière de résolution de problèmes ;
