Overview:
**Fountain Tire **is seeking a motivated, detail oriented, individual to join the Human Resources team at our **Corporate Head Office** as a **Learning and Development Coordinator**

The objective of this role is to coordinate the administration of learning and development programs that promote Fountain Tire’s brand and core purpose and enhance Associates’ knowledge and skills.

- A competitive salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Administration**:Leading the administrative processes behind our “Road to Ownership” program by maintaining the program website, tracking and reporting on participant progression, and issuing rewards and recognition for program graduates.

**Learning and Development Delivery**:Communicate Learning and Development opportunities and support the development of new learning projects for Fountain Tire Businesses.

**Learning Management System Administration & Maintenance**:Provide day-to-day administrative and troubleshooting support and conduct maintenance of the learning management system BIS Trainer.

**Organizational Event Planning**: Provide support in the planning and execution of corporate events, with duties including: budgeting and expense tracking, vendor management, attendee registration and accommodation management.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong attention to detail & exceptional organizational skills are central for success
- Clear and concise communication skills are required
- Demonstrated ability and proven experience in event management
- Experience implementing and managing eLearning management systems is required; experience with BIS trainer would be considered an asset.
- Background in the automotive service industry or retail sector would be considered an asset.
- CTP, CTDP, or CHRP designation would be considered an asset.
