Destination Canada est à la recherche d’un ou d’une **stagiaire coop, Marketing général (médiatisation payante),** qui viendra intégrer son équipe à Vancouver, laquelle incite les voyageurs à venir explorer le Canada.
Au sein de l’équipe du Marketing général, ce poste dynamique vise à soutenir les médias sociaux de Destination Canada en créant un large éventail de contenu (notamment vidéo et audio).
Sous la supervision d’une spécialiste de la médiatisation payante, le ou la stagiaire coop apporte à l’unité un soutien en matière de coordination de projets. La personne titulaire du poste entretient des relations avec notre agence et nos intervenants dans le but de coordonner les communications, de trouver de l’information, d’effectuer des recherches en ligne et de préparer des documents comme des rapports et des présentations.

**Note**: La personne retenue devra se conformer au modèle de travail hybride de Destination Canada, qui exige que tous les employés travaillent deux ou trois jours par semaine au bureau de Vancouver. Le reste de la semaine de travail peut se faire depuis un bureau à domicile.
**FONCTIONS**:
- Soutenir les médias sociaux de Destination Canada en créant du contenu.
- Favoriser l’engagement de la communauté et communiquer à l’aide du ton de la marque pour interagir avec la communauté Internet.
- Soutenir les projets de marketing numérique général et préparer les rapports connexes.
- Contribuer à la préparation, à la révision et à la lecture d’épreuves de documents et de rapports provenant des marchés étrangers.
- Saisir des données sources provenant de différents canaux payants comme Google et Facebook.
- Effectuer l’analyse de la concurrence.
**Exigences du poste**
**ÉTUDES**:
Avoir terminé la plupart des cours menant à l’obtention d’un diplôme dans un domaine d’études pertinent comme le marketing, l’économie, le commerce ou la gestion du tourisme.
**EXPÉRIENCE**: Les personnes qui postulent doivent démontrer clairement par écrit qu’elles répondent aux critères ci-dessous.
- Concentration en marketing du tourisme.
- Bonnes compétences informatiques ou techniques et sens de l’initiative combiné à l’esprit d’équipe.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et volonté farouche de respecter les échéances et de fournir un travail de qualité.
- Excellentes techniques pour communiquer de vive voix et par écrit.
- De préférence, avoir commencé la dernière année d’un diplôme en marketing du tourisme.
**CONNAISSANCES**:
- Connaissances en gestion et en planification de projet.
- Connaissances issues d’un domaine d’études pertinent, comme le marketing, l’économie, le commerce ou la gestion du tourisme.
**CAPACITÉS**:
- Maîtrise de la création et de la publication de contenu sur différents réseaux sociaux.
- Excellentes techniques pour communiquer de vive voix et par écrit.
- Souci du détail et techniques très perfectionnées de suivi.
- Proactivité et souci des résultats.
- Sens de l’initiative et capacité à bien travailler dans un contexte parfois ambigu.
- Solides techniques d’organisation et de gestion de tâches, et capacité de rester efficace et de continuer d’apporter un soutien dans un environnement où tout évolue rapidement.
- Beaucoup d’entregent et solides techniques de réseautage.
- Solides techniques de résolution de problèmes.
- Compétences avancées avec la suite Microsoft Office et avec Excel en particulier.
