**Salary Range: $3900 - $4900 / Month**
- Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed._

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Actively engage with the Digital Maker community at Teck through our corporate channels (Yammer, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to raise awareness of the tool and share success stories.
- Simplify technical language into plain English, using an informal and friendly tone.
- Reviewing content, providing comments and proofreading.
- Ensure communication materials align with corporate communications branding guidelines.
- Support the nurturing of a community excited to innovate and experiment across Teck.
- Basic design support (training, internal communications, presentations, social posts, posters).

**Qualifications**:

- Must be enrolled in a Business, Communications program, or a related field of study with an accredited co-op program.
- Experience or interest in developing content, including research, writing and editing.
- Proficient in working across a variety of programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
- An understanding or curiosity on Cloud Platforms and Citizen Development would be an asset
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain and ensure accuracy.
- Be an effective storyteller, able to bring across the human touch of stories of empowerment and innovation
- Able to problem solve, stay organized and manage multiple assignments.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in video capture and editing (iMovie, Camtasia, or other video editing software) is an asset.
- Familiarity in graphic design in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other similar programs is an asset.
- Able to work effectively independently as well as part of the team.
- Proven ability to learn innovative technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate with precision in a technical environment.
- Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and in a way a diverse audience would understand.
