Today Spring offers a range of personal loans, mortgages, credit building & savings products - all of which are made available to Canadians from the comfort of their own home and without having to visit a branch
**The Role**:
Reporting to the President, the Head of Growth will be responsible for demand generation and customer acquisition growth. Spring has created the industry leading, direct to consumer platform for acquiring financial products. Spring is already the Canadian fintech leader in customer acquisition however we are looking for the right individual to take us to the next level and lead our effort to double our monthly applicants.
You will be a strategic thinker with proven experience in D2C customer growth. You are an expert on all online acquisition channels and have previously managed social and search campaigns. You are knowledgeable in offline media including TV, radio and direct mail. You have led a team and are ready to lead our existing high performance acquisition team. You have a deep understanding of incremental acquisition costs and are very comfortable objectively evaluating performance of all campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Double the monthly customer acquisition in 6-12 months.
- Lead the existing marketing team. Provide mentorship and career growth to existing team members, hire and train new members as necessary.
- Collaborate with Heads of Product, Sales and Operations, Customer Success and Technology to drive overall business performance and KPIs.
- Become a key leader in the organization and member of the executive team.
**Key Skills / Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of B2C demand generation and customer acquisition experience.
- 3+ years of direct hands-on campaign management experience in social and search channels.
- Demonstrable experience in TV, Radio and Direct Mail campaigns.
- 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
- Demonstrable customer acquisition success story.
