**Who we are looking for**:
Wunderman Thompson is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join our Team Microsoft. We are a global agency of record for Microsoft and drive marketing management for key marketing disciplines. As a part of the Device Partner Sales (DPS) Marketing Excellence Taskforce you will support Microsoft in executing global campaigns in Canada and the US as well as local marketing initiatives. You will also support campaign localization in France (French language).
**What you'll do**:
- **Relationship & Stakeholder Management | **Partner closely with your client (Microsoft) stakeholders to build, market, and sell devices and solutions with tangible results for key performance indicators.
- **Operations & execution | **Provide support for the improvement of digital capabilities, toolkits, and workshop preparation. Coordinate French localization and proofread French assets.
- **Cross Collaboration | **Collaborate with different marketing teams at Microsoft and Wunderman Thompson to drive execution across the marketing mix. Work with the media agency on planning and monitoring. Liaise with community managers for social integration.
- **Project Management | **Drive executional and operational campaign excellence, managing timelines, and deliverables with respective peers and stakeholders. Ensure campaigns are running seamlessly across different systems and tools.
- **Reporting and analysis | **Collate partner reporting and publish performance insights.
**Who you are**:

**What you'll need**:
- 2 to 3 years of B2B marketing communications, business operations or business consulting experience.
- Fluency in English and French required.
- Experience successfully delivering and executing digital campaigns from start to completion.
- Demonstrated skills in relationship management, cross-group collaboration, and conflict resolution.
- Skillful at crafting and presenting compelling points of view to clients.
- Experience executing digital paid media campaigns an asset.
- Interest in marketing and campaign operations, an asset.
