Toronto, Canada The Sponsorship Collective Full time

**Finance and HR Coordinator**

**THE SPONSORSHIP COLLECTIVE**

**Who you are**

“Know how to win by following the rules” is your life motto. Throughout your life you have been referred to as the “rule follower.” You trust and understand the reason for rules and you thrive on communicating that to others. “Compliance” is your middle name.

Financial reporting is boring for some, but for you it’s your life blood You love playing with “Money, money, money. Money”. Keeping track of budgets, profit and loss statements and identifying ways to use money more efficiently is what you have built your career upon.

It’s not all about the numbers though. You would describe yourself as both task oriented and people oriented. You are kind, pleasant and are a good communicator.

You have the ability to work with a wide range of personalities. Building a team that is filled with people who compliment each other is like a puzzle for you. You know how to fit the pieces together to achieve a bigger picture.

You thrive on step by step processes. When you receive a build it yourself piece of furniture, you open the instructions, read them thoroughly and start with step 1.

You are keenly aware when there is a spelling error or when a number isn’t adding up. Almost to the point where your friends and family are disturbed by your constant correction.Y

ou enjoy working with a team but are also independent. You understand the power of collaboration when working towards a common goal and the importance of the role that you play.
