Salary Range: $66,534.12 - $83,000 (Commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN Compensation Policy)

Status: Temporary Full Time (1-year contract, with possibility of renewal)

Successful applicants would be comfortable identifying stakeholder needs, participating in project related discussions with stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, solution assessments and mitigation strategies, and developing relationships with stakeholders such that there is understanding and transparency. **Strategy and Evaluation Analyst**

The Quality and Care Innovation team at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre aims to facilitate grass root innovation in care delivery. We work to improve the quality of care today while facilitating the design, evaluation and implementation of new models of care that are responsive to the needs of patients and providers.

The principal responsibilities of the STRATEGY & EVALUATION ANALYST will be to support projects and initiatives related to improving quality of care, advancing clinical practice, integrating clinical innovation and supporting overall operations of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. This role serves a critical function for ensuring the successful implementation of clinical strategic priorities as defined by clinical and operational leadership. This role will also play a supportive role related to change management and knowledge translation activities that cross-cut programs and departments, enhance the cancer pathway across UHN, and enable the diffusion of clinical innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- At minimum, a completion of a Bachelor's degree program in Medical Science, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Studies, or related field combined with relevant practical experience in a clinical setting. Masters degree is preferred.
- At minimum, 2-3 years of practical and health related experience in a clinical environment.
- Project planning, management and implementation experience required.
- Experience in hospital data and reporting preferred.
- Experience in a research setting is an asset.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, literature searches, and knowledge synthesis is an asset.
- Change management and evaluation experience preferred.
- Experience with workflow mapping and analysis preferred.Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Ability to perform multiple duties in a fast-paced environment and produce high quality work while meeting competing deadlines
- Must be adept at exercising initiative and good judgment with ability to multi-task
- Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
