**About Liuyishou Hotpot:**

Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 25 restaurants and 800 employees in North America.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop and execute audit plans for financial, operational, and compliance audits.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Conduct detailed reviews of financial records, processes, and systems to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable audit reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
- Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and refinement of audit methodologies and internal policies.
- Investigate instances of fraud, mismanagement, or non-compliance and report findings to senior management.
- Provide training and support to teams to enhance understanding of internal controls and audit requirements.
- Travel domestically and internationally (short-term) for on-site audits as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or external auditing.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with audit software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (verbally and written) in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across North America.
