Finance Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices and tracking payments.
- Communicate with external and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets (both digital and physical).
- Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Handle routine correspondence and inquiries regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Assist with internal audits and other finance-related projects.
- Other duties as assigned by the finance manager or department head.
- Support to organizational and facility maintenance.
- Implementing new programs/software.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or finance-related role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage. etc) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.79-$21.59 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
