liberty custom goldworks inc. is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Calgary, AB. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the customer relationship and will be responsible for all sales and customer service activities. This position will work closely with the sales team, customers, and vendors.

**Essential Duties**:

- Manage all sales activities from start to finish including customer service, product selection, order entry, and follow-up.
- Work closely with the sales team to manage customer accounts and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that all sales activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide support to the sales team by answering questions, providing product information, and assisting with product selection.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all sales activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Executive Director.

**Education**:High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $61,054.41-$101,405.05 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
