Summary

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the driving force behind our sales growth and customer relationship management in the Pacific Northwest region.


Key Activities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Devise and execute a strategic sales plan to hit regional sales targets. Conduct thorough market research to uncover new opportunities and potential clients, collaborating with our team to set ambitious yet achievable sales goals.
  • Business Development: Take initiative to generate leads, and actively seek out new customers. Maintain a solid sales pipeline and foster long-lasting relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transaction and fulfillment process. Your ability to present, negotiate, and close deals will be instrumental in surpassing sales objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for customers in your region, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Industry Knowledge and Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to position Bulldog Bag advantageously in the market.

  • Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Educations & Experience


  • Flexible Packaging sales experience required
  • Comprehensive understanding of flexible packaging materials, products, and applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
