Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives to support the professional growth of our team members.
- Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication to employees

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

**Salary**: $52,742.49-$103,535.07 per year
