**The Administrative Assistant** is a self-starter, proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who will provide outstanding support to the Senior Leadership Team.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Produce a variety of materials such as reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Assist with calendar management and invoicing process
- Assists with/helps prepare information for presentations
- Verifying the accuracy of correspondence, documents, letters and memos
- Organize and schedule internal and external meetings and ensures all details are managed
- Create action plans to track progress and follow up to ensure timelines are met
- Update databases/files (electronic & hard copies) maintaining current documentation
- Reconciliation and preparation of receipts for expense reports
- Other miscellaneous duties as required

**Required Experience**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills: ability to speak to/work with all levels within an organization
- Adapt and work extremely well with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Thoroughness and careful attention to detail
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
- High level of maturity, good judgement, and the ability to deal with confidential information
- Familiarity in an environment requiring discretion, sensitivity to confidential matters
- Able to establish credibility and trust with internal Team Members & Leaders
- Able and willing to do hands-on work as required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines with a calm manner
- A talent for multi-tasking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Concur considered an asset
- Finance, Accounting experience, considered an asset
- A Team Player with a positive attitude that takes pride in their work
