**About this opportunity**

**In this role, you will**
- Create a quarterly analysis package of sales incentive plan performance for executive leadership.
- Provide analytical support and insights into field sales performance on a quarterly basis and as needed.
- Take a lead role on the Canadian Regional Compensation Committee and drive compensation governance process for the region
- Prepare and analyze monthly forecast and quarterly accrual reports that details sales performance payments for Finance, Sales Operations, and Field Sales Management
- Partner with sales leadership on developing and managing the Canada annual sales incentive program and quota setting. Collaborating with Sales Operations on territory alignment to ensure plans & quotas are reflective of true territory potential.
- Drive and improve the sales incentives process to ensure accurate and timely sales incentives accruals and payouts.
- Partner with HR, Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, and Sales Executives to accurately process payment for new hires, terminations, LOA’s and transfers.
- Validate data from multiple systems including Salesforce, ADP and our data warehouse to ensure accurate compensation data sources and calculation.
- Provide ongoing support on various sales incentive issues.
- Ensure timely electronic distribution and acceptance of Canada annual sales compensation plans and policy.
- Support the implementation, automation, and ongoing maintenance of Align’s Sales Performance Management software.
- Perform quarterly audit controls and prepare documentation per SOX requirements.
- Conduct Sales Incentive Plan and SPIF training with the field sales team on a as needed basis.
- Promptly address Sales Incentive Plan questions from field sales team.
- Participate in the annual Sales Incentive Plan design process as well as ad-hoc changes to plan design or SPIF creation.
- Facilitate the annual configuration of the Sales Performance Management tool and conduct testing to ensure accurate incentive calculations.
- Manage the quarterly sales incentive dispute process and partner with sales operations leaders to resolve disputes.
- Other responsibilities as required

**In this role, you’ll need to have**
- 6+ years of experience supporting Sales Ops
- 2+ years of experience supporting sales incentives/sales compensation
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with minimum direction
- Strong financial & business acumen to work cross functionally with Finance & Sales leadership
- Able to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- com experience and sales incentives automation (i.e. Javelin Incentive Manager, Xactly Incent, CallidusCloud) experience preferred
- Ability to business partner with senior sales leadership, and other business personnel at all levels to achieve goals
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server preferred
- Language proficiency in French a plus
- Flexibility to travel required 15%
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
