Hygiene Coordinator

We are looking for a service-oriented, caring and passionate **Hygiene Coordinator **to join our team at the Canadian Dental Services head office on a full-time basis.
It is through consistent excellence in these activities, along with the great care they receive in our offices, that we will increase the number of raving fans shopping at our clinics every day so we are looking for someone with a** great attitude** willing to connect with our patients

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- New Patient interviews/patient relations.
- Support the clinics and our patients by ensuring we fill and maintain full schedules.
- Help our patients by booking or changing appointments.
- Speak with interested new patients and guide them to choose the right location for them.
- Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.
- Lead educational conversations about treatment, and ensure our patients have all the support and information they need to stay healthy and smiling.
- Achieving and exceeding annual revenue budgets
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **A minimum of two years previous dental administration experience is required**:
- Organized, systematic, and with good follow-through;
- Excellent communication skills, poise, confidence, and professional appearance;
- Patient services orientation; creating a safe and effective environment;
- Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm and ability to think on his or her feet.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
- Ability to maintain effective rapport with patients, and other team members, a team player.
- Ability to multitask while seeing and understanding the big picture when making decisions.
- Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements.
- Constantly striving for improved customer care and service
