- Looking for a new and exciting job opportunity? We are looking for a temporary Drawing Coordinator, Signals to join our team**What You Will Do**:

- Reporting to the Manager, Signals - SOGR, you will provide support for the provision of effective and efficient office services, coordinating and/or performing general administrative, clerical and secretarial functions for the department, section or group under guidance and direction.- As the Drawing Coordinator - Signals, you will prepare correspondence and other documentation for the section in accordance with required standards. You will assist with monitoring, tracking and updating information, data, and records while ensuring accuracy. You will process documentation, reports and data and manage and maintain these documents, records and files in accordance with established procedures and within established timelines.- You will liaise with staff within the department, other departments and/or external parties concerning routine matters, under the direction of department staff. You will assist with department/section activities or events when directed, and assist with, or make recommendations for enhanced or improved methods related to the assigned work.- You will maintain an extensive technical library and a storage and retrieval system of documentation related to signal and train control systems. You will be responsible for revising drawing information using Microstation Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) under Project Wise to incorporate administrative changes and modifications to schematics as directed and checked by more senior staff as/if required. You will assist with the development and maintenance of CADD standards and design process procedures as required. Additionally, you will assist with other duties and tasks, and provide back up support as required.- As a TTC employee, you will be responsible for demonstrating behaviours that support diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work and service environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. **What Qualifications Do You Bring?**:

- Your educational background will consist of a university degree or college diploma in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
- Your good knowledge of drawing and documentation management practices, and your familiarity with signals engineering terminology, will be considered an asset.
- Your working knowledge of (or familiarity with) Microstation CADD and Project Wise will also be considered an asset.
- You will have good judgement, problem-solving, and written and verbal communications skills.
