**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop and create innovative menu items that meet the needs and preferences of customers
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement cost-effective strategies for menu planning and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques to continuously improve the menu offerings
- Manage food purchasing and storage, ensuring quality and freshness of ingredients

**Experience**:

- Proven experience working in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices
