**Responsibilities;**
- Providing excellent customer service throughout our clients stay
- Providing courteous, professional and pleasant phone manners
- Checking clients in and out, promptly, professionally with a welcoming manner
- Answering internal & external phones and transferring to proper departments
- Answering the reservation line and selling rooms
- Must follow procedures and policies implemented by the Hotel
- Provide tourist information to Hotel guests
- Performing general office duties
- Ensuring all around timely communication within departments
- Responsible for cash float and processing proper form of payment
- Availability weekends, holidays, weekdays
- Must be able to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English and French
- Must be knowledgeable of Montreal tourist attractions - surrounding area
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Must be self motivated, organized and demonstrate initiative
- Must be dependable, reliable and flexible
- Must be a positive team player
- Good decision making/problem solving skills
- Must be flexible regarding working weekends, holidays, days and evenings
- Must have at least one year Hotel experience or in a similar position with customer service emphasis
- Knowledge of PMS - Skytouch Technologies or IQWARE or Choiceadvantage, an asset
- Able to work under pressure, have the ability to multi task

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
