As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and bilingual Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet clients, manage appointment bookings, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- **Client Management**: Utilize client management software to maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, and track services.
- **Social Media & Marketing**: Assist in creating and managing social media content to engage with clients and promote services.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain client records, process payments, and generate daily reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- **Inventory & Supplies**: Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written communication skills).
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and client management software.
- **Marketing Experience**: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing strategies.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in a customer-facing role.
- **Med Spa Experience (Asset)**: Previous experience in a medical spa or healthcare setting is an asset but optional.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Work Eligibility**: A valid work permit to legally work in Canada is required.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of client management systems (experience in a med spa is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
