**A little about us**

We work with organizations such as the Volvo Group and Mack Trucks, these are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and we are keen to expand our footprint in this market segment, among others. For this we have a product called Dealer Advance.

Dealer Advance is what some might call a marketing communications (marcom) platform. We work with marketing leaders who support large dealership networks and are looking for new ways to help their dealers execute their marketing strategy and drive sales, locally.

We are based out of Toronto, but our team is fully remote. You will find our teammates in Canada, the USA, and Brazil. Together, we work hard to ensure we are delivering the best platform along with the best client experience, and we are always thinking of new and innovative ways to make their experience even better

**A little about our BDRs (Business Development Representatives)**
Our BDRs report to our Enterprise Solutions Manager, collaborate with the rest of the organization, leverage our tech stack to get our message out into the world, have meaningful conversations with prospective clients, and book demos.

Teamwork at DMS is key; we are a team that shares best practices, asks questions, collaborates in order to win, and analyses where we miss the mark.

You can expect a fast paced environment; we want you to be booking demos regularly and trying to reach hundreds of contacts per week. If you’re not afraid of the phone, this could be one of the best BDR roles you’ll find anywhere.

**A little about you**
You have the competitive spirit and aren’t afraid of new challenges. You want to get into the SaaS space and you have some sales experience already. You have some familiarity with Google Workspace, Hubspot, Slack, and Zoominfo. You’re a team player and don’t mind taking some time out of your day to assist others. You have drive and are creative in your approach to tasks.
