Outbound Call Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate and mortgage services.
- Handle inbound calls from clients and provide information about our services.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.
- Collect and update client information in the database.
- Follow-up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to real estate and mortgage.

**Qualifications**:

- Soft-spoken with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and update client information.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and lending processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
