As an **S&OP Analyst, Demand and Supply**, you’ll lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by balancing demand forecasts and supply capabilities. Your role will foster cross-functional alignment, provide data-driven insights, and mitigate risks to optimize inventory, service levels, and cost efficiency.
We’re seeking a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for achieving results.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP processes.
- Experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle (JDE), or Kinaxis).
**What You’ll Do**:
**Demand Planning**:
- Create and update demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputs.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to include promotions, product launches, and seasonality in plans.
**Supply Planning**:
- Develop and manage supply plans to align with demand forecasts and optimize inventory.
- Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Address supply chain constraints, capacity issues, and lead times proactively.
**S&OP Process Management**:
- Lead S&OP meetings to align demand and supply with business goals.
- Share key insights, metrics, and recommendations during monthly S&OP cycles.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and address risks.
**Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze data on demand, supply, inventory, and service levels to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support decision-making with scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and workflows.
- Leverage technology to optimize planning operations.
**Who You Are**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptable and organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledgeable about inventory and supply chain concepts (e.g., safety stock, lead time).
