Inside Sales Development Representative

Purity Life has a job opportunity for an Inside Sales Development Representative responsible for helping achieve sales targets and goals according to company and inside sales budgets.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing company information and managing third party resellers
- Will be responsible for account management of incoming accounts and Amazon resellers.
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, providing technical information, and developing accounts
- Identify and develop new business relations through cold calling and networking
- Consistently and accurately input data into CRM system - Proton AI
- Adhere and work within the confines of the defined sales procedures and processes
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service while fulfilling guidelines set forth by Inside Sales Manager
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Managing forecast orders
- Enforcing vendor-directed MAP policy
- Providing necessary product data such as images, weights, and dimensions
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with exceptional customer service
- Ability to respond quickly in a fast paced and changing environment
