**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: French/English) interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**

As a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: French/English), you will:

- Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products
- Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally in both French and English
- Assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance or vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendations on our products and services to meet their needs
- Obtain, file, and input customer information and data
- Listen attentively to our Member’s needs, while demonstrating empathy and building rapport

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: French/English) role include:

- The ability to read, write, and speak French and English fluently
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
- The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week. Currently, we are not hiring students.
