We are looking for a dynamic, energetic results driven **Sales Manager, RPP/EPP ** to join our National B2B Sales Team. Prime offers unlimited earning potential, competitive base salary and health & dental benefits programs.

**More about the role**:

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets from direct reports and the greater team
- Coach selling techniques to sales reps and lead by example with customer interactions
- Meet with strategic accounts and own the go to market strategy
- Develop relationships with key Rogers’ stake holders to ensure positive carrier relations
- Recruit, interview and grow the sales team
- Conduct 1:1s with sales reps to maximize their potential
- Understand Rogers process, systems and tools to have the ability to train new reps and be a point of escalation when required
- Work with internal operations and marketing teams on e-commerce website
- Think outside the box and look for additional sales opportunities in day-to-day interactions
- Be an escalation point for customer issues
- Jump in and sell with the team at busy times
- Schedule and attend on site events with the sales reps
- Lead sales meetings, conference calls and webinars
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce sales role within the telecommunications industry
- Management experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and rapport building ability having strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Works well in high pressure sales environment, works well under pressure, remaining results driven and solutioned focused
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed within region to meet evolving business needs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an evolving environment
- Self starting, self motivating as this role primarily works remotely, at customer events or on the road
